Led a team to author, submit, and receive a Federal Social Innovation Fund Grant, a $15 million matching grant to support a county-wide early warning and response system to increase successful, middle-grade transitions (United Way of Greenville County)

Turned around a failing organization, in the middle of the pandemic, by implementing a collective impact model to address resiliency. This model has led to the development and implementation of the Low Country Digital Equity Coalition, the Tri-County Data Collaborative, and a Youth Voices Council, all impacting indicators across a cradle-to-career continuum.
